As a PICit customer, you can be confident of receiving service from a highly qualified support team of programmers, engineers and technicians. We offer two levels of support services, Standard Support (within normal business hours) and Extended Support (outside normal business hours); this allows you to tailor the support services according to your organisational needs.

In order to give our customers the best possible basis for using our solutions, we offer regular user training programs, both for new and current users, which can take place in our training facilities or at the customer’s office.
